Hi,

Can anyone please let me know how can i pay the customer's invoices using their added credit cards?

My scenario is as below :

1) I generated an invoice from Customers --> Sales/Invoices menu, then i went to Invoice manager submenu and i found a payment option for that invoice.

2) I clicked the payment icon for that invoice, but in payment method they are giving me only 2 options, "Cash on delivery" and "Check/money order".


But i could not get option for Credit card payment.


Please explain me the exact flow for how to make payment for that invoice using credit card.

In order to accept credit cards, you need to install one of the modules available on the website and set up an account with a processor. The directions vary slightly depending on what processor you choose (and the limited number of modules available). If you are out of the US, let me know as there are no current modules for processors outside of the us accept PayPal.

Yes, i am out of US, and i want to integrate a different credit card processor.
But i am not aware of how we can enable the credit card payment option.

Please let me know which module i will need to install for that and how can i setup an account for processor.

To module doesn't exist. All there are now are a couple of modules for US processors. You may be able to use the PayPal module in your country.

If you know of a ZenCart module, I can help make the modifications to get it converted to PhreeBooks format.

Do you have a credit card processor or are your processing the credit cards on another system and just want to record your customer receipts?

Yes, i do have a credit card processor and i am going to pay invoices from credit card using credit card processor only.

Please provide me details of how to enable this.

Who is your credit card processor? Are you paying through a stand alone terminal? If so, you can record the payments as a cash receipt which is already enabled. If you want to use their gateway through the PhreeBooks interface, you will need to add a module that in all probability doesn't exist.

I have got idea about that, and I have already added credit card processor as a module in modules/services/payment/modules and it seems to be working fine.

Currently i am doing some tests on it.
