First let me say how much our small company appreciates PhreeBooks and the way it helps us manage our business --impressive; awesome!
We purchase items by the pound and our price per pound is set up with four decimal places to the right for items purchased at a fraction of a cent. Here's the problem, when we print the purchase order the unit price rounds to the next higher cent and causes our vendors to question the math. Is there a way to change the PO so it actually reflects the price in fraction of cents?

first you need to set your decimal precision in Setup -> Currencies to reflect the resolution you need. Next, if you want to display the details in the unit price, edit the PO form and change the processing to show more digits.

Thank you, Dave. I knew it had to be something simple.
